About this print
Hosta Leaves is a study of ribbing: every leaf is scored with deep parallel channels running from stem to tip, and where the leaves overlap those lines cross at angles and set up a rhythm across the whole frame. The green is deep and slightly blue, matt rather than glossy, and flat light lets every rib show. It is a foliage piece with real structure to it, which makes it a better fit for a modern room than a flower print would be. It sits comfortably with concrete, pale wood and white plaster. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
