We sell art prints based on historic patent drawings. Each print can be recoloured by you (line and background colours), and is then made to order by one of our print partners, Prodigi or Gelato. Because the prints are produced individually after you order, slight variations in colour and finish between screen and paper are normal.
Our prints reproduce historic patent drawings published in the public patent record. ArtSource is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company, brand, or trademark owner referenced in describing a drawing’s subject. Any third-party names are used only to identify the underlying patent and remain the property of their respective owners.
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported (for example GBP, USD or EUR), based on your region. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and your card is charged in that presentment currency via our payment processor, Stripe. The price shown is the total payable: Voll Studios Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT, so no VAT is added and orders do not include a VAT invoice. Any import duties or customs charges that may apply to orders shipped outside the UK are your responsibility .
Your order is placed when you submit payment at checkout. This is an offer to buy. A contract between you and us is formed only when your payment is confirmed by Stripe, which constitutes our acceptance of your order. If we are unable to accept your order (for example, a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred), we will let you know and refund any payment taken .
Prints are made to order and dispatched by our print partner. Delivery typically takes around 5–10 working days for production plus shipping time, depending on your location . We will confirm dispatch by email. Estimated timescales are not guaranteed delivery dates.
For standard, non-bespoke items you have a 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 .
Bespoke and custom-colour configurations (prints recoloured to your specification) are made to your individual requirements and are therefore exempt from the standard cancellation right under regulation 28 of those Regulations . This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged-in-transit items. Full details are on our Returns & refunds page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England & Wales .
