About this print
Backlit Fern isolates one frond and lets light do the rest: morning sun catching it from behind so every leaflet glows green and gold at the edges, symmetrical as a feather against a near-black ground. It is the most graphic piece in the collection, a single botanical form presented like a museum specimen, and the dark background gives it real presence at a distance. That makes it ideal for hallways and landings, or as the confident single piece above a sofa or desk. It flatters dark walls as readily as white, with brass and walnut nearby. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
