About this print
Wet Fir Wood sits a little further into the trees and a little cooler in colour, with the green pulled towards teal by the grey light overhead. Trunks cross the frame at several depths and the undergrowth stays dark, so the eye works its way back rather than stopping at a subject. It is a picture that rewards a second look, which makes it a reasonable choice for a hallway where people pass it repeatedly. The cool green is a good foil for warm timber and brass in an otherwise neutral room. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
