About this print
Plum Tulips catches the flowers before they open out, when each one is still a smooth closed cup. That gives the picture a set of clean repeated shapes, all slightly different in height and lean, in a plum so deep it goes almost black at the base of each petal. Overcast light keeps the surfaces matt and the colour true. It is a restrained flower piece, closer to a Dutch still life than to a garden photograph, and it suits a living room or a kitchen that wants one rich note. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
