About this print
Butter and Mauve behaves like a painting: full-blown flowers in butter yellow and cream push up through a haze of mauve, lilac and dusty pink laid on in thick, visible strokes. Nothing is quite in focus and nothing needs to be; the pleasure is in how the two colour families lean on each other.
