About this print
Volcanic Crust looks down at ground that has cooled and split, the broken plates tilting up like a map of pressure. The palette runs from soot black in the fissures to a soft ash grey where the light lands, and that narrow monochrome range is exactly why it behaves like a neutral: it adds texture and gravity without adding colour. From a distance it reads almost as abstract relief. It pairs with raw concrete, dark timber and black metal, and gives a living room or office a grounded, elemental centre. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
