About this print
The pitcher's dented, hand-hammered surface takes the light in dozens of small facets, every one of them warm, while the background gives it nothing but darkness to shine against. It is chiaroscuro at its simplest and most satisfying, a study in how much presence one humble object can carry. The obvious home is a kitchen or dining wall, where copper and timber already live, but it is just as strong in a hallway that wants a single warm note. Pair it with wood, stone, and low evening light. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
