About this print
A deep red cloth crosses the upper frame, its weave just visible where the light rakes it, before everything slides into near-black folds below. There is no subject beyond fabric, light, and dark, which is exactly why it works: it is the background of a grand old portrait promoted to the whole picture. The palette, oxblood, umber, and shadow, is made for rooms with dark walls, leather, and low lamps. A bedroom takes it beautifully; so does a serious study. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic molded gallery frame in your chosen color finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colors.
