About this print
Cobalt Wall is found colour rather than made colour: somebody painted a stone wall blue and the weather has been arguing with the decision ever since. What is left is a surface of rough courses and chipped edges where cobalt, chalky pale blue and grey stone all show at once. The texture is the subject, so it carries best at scale and in flat daylight, on a kitchen wall or in a room with concrete or steel already in it. It gives an industrial scheme its colour without a poster's flatness, and it sits comfortably beside bare brick. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
