About this print
Ultramarine Powder strips a piece of art back to its raw material: ground pigment, poured out and photographed before anyone mixes it into anything. The blue is saturated to the point of feeling lit from inside, while the surface it sits on stays chalky and almost white, so the whole frame is two things only. That restraint is what makes it work above a desk or over a low sideboard, where a busier image would compete. It answers black metal, white walls and bare wood without trying, and it makes an obvious partner for anything else blue in the room. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
