About this print
Moss Velvet is the quietest of the velvet studies. The green is warm and slightly yellow, the sort used on old library chairs, and the pile turns it through a narrow range from a pale sage on the raised faces to a deep olive in the folds. There is no strong highlight anywhere, which keeps the whole image soft. It is an easy piece to live with over a long time, well suited to a living room or a study, and it works particularly well beside dark wood, leather and brass. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
