About this print
Snow on Firs looks straight down onto a forest after heavy snow, so the trees read as dark triangles and smudges rather than as trees. The palette is almost entirely blue: cold white where the snow catches the sky, deeper cobalt in the hollows, and the green of the firs pushed so far towards navy that it barely registers as green at all. The aerial view gives it a pattern-like quality that holds up across a large wall. It suits a living room that leans cool, and it pairs naturally with the other blue hour pieces here. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
