About this print
Hydrangea Study goes closer than the companion piece, close enough that the veins become the subject: a fine branching network running through petals thin enough to see light through. The magenta pools along those veins and pales between them, so the colour is never flat. It is a piece about botanical structure rather than a bouquet, which makes it comfortable in a study or a bathroom where a more romantic flower print would feel out of place. Pale walls and a simple frame are all it needs. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
