About this print
Scattered Poppy is the reddest piece in the collection and one of the simplest: petals dropped onto a neutral surface, overlapping here and there, photographed in flat even light. Poppy petals are almost translucent, so where two lie on top of each other the colour doubles and deepens, and where one sits alone it reads almost orange. That variation is the whole picture. It is a strong scarlet, the sort that gives a neutral room its one deliberate colour, and it works particularly well in a kitchen. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
