About this print
Fluorite crystallises in cubes, which is the sort of thing that seems impossible until you see a cluster of them piled up like dropped dice. Against the dark ground the violet goes translucent at the edges and near-black in the depths, and every cube shows a different face to the light. The precision of the shapes gives the piece an unexpected playfulness, so it works in an office or a child's room as well as a living room. It is a good conversation piece, and it needs a plain wall so the geometry stays the only pattern in play. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
