About this print
Undyed Linen is as close to a material sample as a picture can get: a plain weave enlarged until each thread is a rope, with the slubs and irregularities that only undyed flax has. The colour is a soft warm neutral, somewhere between oatmeal and bone, and the flat light picks out the crossing threads by shadow alone. It is the most restrained thing in the collection and the easiest to place, because it adds surface to a room without adding a subject. It suits a bedroom, and it makes good company for anything more colourful nearby. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
