About this print
Scarlet Linen is a study in how much a surface changes a colour. The same red in silk would flash and glare; in a matt linen weave it simply sits there, even and dense, with the folds reading as gentle steps rather than sharp highlights. That makes it possible to hang a genuinely strong red without the picture becoming loud. It is a good single colour statement for a living room or a kitchen, and the neutral surface beneath keeps it grounded. Cream walls flatter it; white walls sharpen it. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
