About this print
Green Olives is a small subject given serious treatment: a bowl heaped high, photographed straight on in flat light, with the fruit close enough that the frame is mostly olive. The green runs from a yellowish olive through to a deeper moss where they sit in shade, and every one of them holds a single bright point where the oil catches. It is an obvious kitchen piece and a better one than most, because the restraint keeps it from looking like packaging. Terracotta, unglazed pottery and scrubbed wood suit it. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
