About this print
Twilight Gradient holds the ten minutes after sunset when the sky has stopped being orange and has not yet gone blue. Deep amethyst at the top gives way to orchid through the middle, and along the bottom edge a thin band of rose and coral marks where the sun went, softened by streaks of high cloud. There is no land in it and no subject, which is why it is easy to live with on a bedroom wall or at the end of a hallway. The violet dominates enough to sit with grey and pale wood, while the warm horizon keeps it from turning cold. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
