About this print
Pine Interior stands among the trees rather than looking at them, so the frame is full of trunks at every distance, each one a little paler than the last as the fog takes it. The needles hold a dark blue green that only appears in flat light, and the grey between them does the work of perspective. It is a piece about depth, which means it earns its place on a wall people walk towards rather than past. Wide format suits it, over a sofa or along a hallway, and it sits easily with wood, wool and unpainted plaster. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
