About this print
Standing Pines uses the upright format for what it is good at: trunks. Here they run top to bottom with the fog closing behind them, and the green sits deeper and slightly warmer than in the wider views, closer to true forest than to blue. There is no canopy and no floor, only the middle of the wood. That crop gives it a calm, repeating rhythm that works beside a door, on a landing or in the slim wall space a hallway usually offers. Pale walls make the fog read properly. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
