About this print
Dark Trunks is the most graphic of the forest pieces: wet spruce bark reads near-black in flat light, and against that the foliage goes an emphatic green. The contrast turns the trees into strong vertical marks across the frame, closer to a print than a photograph. It has enough weight to anchor a wall on its own, and enough structure to survive being hung in a busy room. It works well in an industrial scheme, beside steel or concrete, where the green is the only soft thing in sight. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
