About this print
Anemones in a Bowl arranges the flowers only as far as dropping them into a shallow vessel and letting them settle. Anemone petals are thin and slightly translucent, so the violet varies as they overlap, and the near-black centres give the picture its punctuation. The flat studio light keeps everything even and stops the whole thing turning into a florist's photograph. It is a warm, domestic piece that suits a kitchen or a living room, and it works particularly well beside unglazed pottery and old wood. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
