About this print
Indigo Amethyst is the outlier of the amethyst pieces, sitting so far towards blue that it hardly reads as purple at all. The points are a deep ink colour with cooler highlights, and against the dark ground the whole image settles rather than sparkles. That calm is useful: it lets a crystal photograph work in a bedroom or a study without bringing any theatre with it. Because it sits in the blue band of the colour wheel it also groups naturally with the lapis and agate pieces, if you are hanging more than one. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
