About this print
Sage Tiles is a grid, which is usually a dull subject and is not here, because handmade glaze refuses to behave: the colour pools darker at every tile edge, thins to almost white over the raised centres, and crazes into a fine network of lines across the faces. The green is soft and slightly grey. It reads as calm order from a distance and as variation up close, which is a good combination for a kitchen or a bathroom wall. White grout, pale wood and brass all sit well with it. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
