About this print
Jade Slab is the piece that does least and says most. The stone is a deep green, cloudier in places and almost black in others, and the polish gives it the soft waxy look that jade always has rather than the glassy shine of quartz. There is no pattern to read and no subject to identify, so it acts as a field of colour with weight behind it. That makes it easy to live with over a long period, in a bedroom or a living room where you want depth and not incident. It looks particularly good beside dark wood and unbleached linen. Printed to order at gallery scale in its own fixed palette.
Materials and sizes
Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper using archival pigment inks (giclée process). Framed prints use a classic moulded gallery frame in your chosen colour finish; the glazing is shatter-resistant acrylic. Made to order for you, in your colours.
